The exclusive Villa is an old recently renovated property with a swimming pool that has kept its original features. The facility has n. 4 double bedrooms and it can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. Therefore, it is great for large families or groups of young people. The villa is made in “Lecce stone” and it is structured on two floors. The ground floor consists of a large and comfortable living area, a well-equipped kitchen, with a kitchenette, oven, fridge and dishwasher. The living room has easy access to 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, except for one bedroom whose residents can use the living room bathroom . Two of the rooms have an independent outside access. The fourth double bedroom, also with private bathroom, is on the first floor and it can be accessed by an external staircase leading to the private terrace with pergola and a great view of the surrounding countryside.

Every room is comfortable, well decorated and equipped with air conditioning. Dry stone walls, banana trees and a well-finished lawn act as a frame for the swimming pool with solarium where you can marvel at fascinating and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.

In addition to the large garden and the beautiful swimming pool, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of a large covered outdoor area, adjacent to a completely renovated ancient “Trullo”. The outdoor area has a large wooden table, a comfortable barbecue, a wood-burning oven and a wonderful outdoor kitchen, perfect for preparing lunches and dinners, or excellent outdoor pizzas.

In our villa you will also find a large orchard and vegetable garden where fresh fruit and vegetables are guaranteed, some of which are typical of the area.

You will have fun, whether child or adult, using the different games provided for the swimming pool and the ping-pong table situated outside.
