Masseria Saracino is a very special and pretty magical place. It has extraordinary potential to help you find balance and joy. We want everyone here to share and contribute to this magic. If for any reason we believe that the house is not suitable, we reserve the right to refuse the booking.
It is required a 30% deposit to confirm the booking. The balance of the rent must be paid between 60 and 30 days before your arrival. You will receive an e-mail reminding you to pay the fee. We will require payment of the rental fee by bank transfer or PayPal.
Travelers who cancel 60 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. If the balance is not paid between 60 and 30 days before check-in, the down payment will not be refunded and the booking will be canceled.
We reserve the right to request a security deposit against potential damages of € 800 to be provided upon arrival at the villa. It can be paid by credit card or in cash. We will inform you by e-mail within 5 working days of departure if we consider that we should request a security deposit (in whole or in part). Of course, we hope that any problems can be solved before departure.
Extra services, which require an additional cost, must be solved locally before the service is provided by paying in cash or by credit card. Once the service is chosen, it is requested 24-48h notice to assess the availability of the various suppliers.
HOUSE RULES
We try to limit the rules to a minimum. We trust that our guests will take care of the house as if it was their. If someone proves disrespectful towards the house, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately (without refund).

The house has 4 bedrooms for up to 8 people. On request it is possible to add two single beds for free.
On request it is possible to add cots and child seats for free.
Pets are allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
At the end of the day we ask you to turn off the external lights before going to sleep. In line with our policy of protecting the environment.
In this regard, we ask you to carry out a separate collection of garbage using the appropriate bins.
The vast garden requires constant maintenance and, for this purpose, our gardener will be present in the first hours of the day. Probably when you wake up he’ll already be gone.
The rent of the house includes a change of bath towels already present in the structure upon your arrival.
A pool towel per person is also included. Bed linen will be cleaned upon arrival. If you stay for 14 nights, bed linen will be changed on day 7. On request it is possible to have bed linen cleaned before 7th day or even a cleaning service during the stay.

No guest should use, ingest, possess or distribute illegal drugs or other substances or engage in other behaviors that could make Masseria Saracino devalue.
